Fees
Every price below includes consumption tax. Government fees paid to immigration (revenue stamps) are charged separately. If your case involves many documents or a lot of translation, we will tell you when we give you the quote.

Payment and other details
- Payment
- In two parts: half when you ask us to start, the rest before we file. You can pay by bank transfer or by card at the office.
- First consultation
- 45 minutes for ¥5,500. If you go ahead with us on the day, we take it off the fee.
- Translation
- Translating English, Chinese and Vietnamese documents into Japanese is included. Other languages go to a translation company at cost.
- Government fees
- They depend on the application and are revised from time to time. We give you the current amount with your quote.
- If the application is refused
- We go to immigration to hear the reasons and tell you whether it is worth applying again. If you reapply for the same status, our fee is halved.
